It is as corrupt as any mafia business deal, and the government is involved. The government actually passed legislation, to promote and protect a business that they were heavily invested in. Disgusting. They even passed the GEA to force people to pay for their useless machines, with no proof of their value, or our need for them.
This is what we need. A law that makes it easy to sue the wind companies!
