Don’t go home from the cop19, mad….just go home. or, (the cheque is in the mail) NOT!

http://toryaardvark.com/2013/11/21/cop19-aussies-in-t-shirts-blamed-for-loss-and-damage-walkout/#more-23875  What on earth did they think?  Of course no one is going to hand over billions of dollars….for nothing!

We are being ripped off. We don’t need their useless, inefficient, wind turbines.

http://globalwindenergyimpact.com/2013/11/20/federal-judge-michigan-renewable-energy-mandate-unconstitutional/  A judge from this province needs to take a good long look at the windscam.  It is as corrupt as any mafia business deal, and the government is involved.  The government actually passed legislation, to promote and protect a business that they were heavily invested in.  Disgusting.  They even passed the GEA to force people to pay for their useless machines, with no proof of their value, or our need for them.

Ontario set to avoid ‘over-committing’ on new, big energy projects

Shawn McCarthy The Globe and Mail- November 19,2013

Still reeling from its $1-billion gas-plant debacle, Ontario’s Liberal government says it will avoid making commitments for large-scale new power projects.

The province is expected to release its new long-term energy plan within a few weeks, as it faces fierce criticism over the cost of cancelling two gas-fired power plants and rising consumer prices.

Energy Minister Bob Chiarelli said the government will commit only to projects that address short-term power needs, and will provide annual updates on the rapidly changing supply and demand picture.

Read this excellent Globe and Mail opinion piece as well.

What exactly does he mean when he says “avoid making commitments for large-scale new power projects”?  Better get my liars dictionary out so I can interpret.  Huh, it says here that they will keep plastering our backyards with industrial wind turbine installations.  Everbody should get one of these dictionaries.  Handy.

Imagine that….seasons, just like we’ve always had.

COP19 – Now The Fifth Successive UNFCCC Failure Is Complete

I truly hope that this madscam is coming to a finale and its not wishful thinking. There is so much corruption continuing as we speak and write. In our communities, our schools, our politics -local and otherwise. This mess will take a long time to clean up and its still rolling along, spreading disease.

Tory Aardvark's avatarTory Aardvark

That’s 5 UNFCCC COP failures in a row, an unprecedented record of failure, each Conference of the Parties has disintegrated faster than the COP that preceded it, with COP19 holding the current record.

There was never any doubt, from the outset that COP19 was going to be the biggest failure since records began, what has been surprising is the speed of that collapse, COP19 was effectively dead before it had begun.

It has just taken 5 days for COP19 to realize it was dead and hit the floor.

The make or break issue for COP19 was “loss and damage“, wealth redistribution to us regular folks and that great Green Socialist Barack Obama made sure that loss and damage was deader than Osama Bin Laden, before COP19 even started.

Today: Debris from blade break in New York flies past the 511 foot safety zone.

Pretty Scary!

Donna Quixote's avatarQuixotes Last Stand

From Wind Action:

Paul Jensen — November 17, 2013

Invenergy’s Orangeville Wind Farm (formerly known as the Stony Creek Wind project) experienced a catastrophic blade break. The project, which is still under construction includes 58 GE 1.6-100 wind turbines (94 megawatts). The turbines are scheduled for commission  the second week of December 2013. Witnesses at the site told WindAction that blade debris flew past the 511-foot safety zone set by the town. This setback distance was requested by Eric Miller from Invenergy to get more turbines in a smaller area. General Electric said 1.5 times hub height plus rotor diameter or 885’ would be necessary.

Officials of Windrush Energy Inc. confirmed on Thursday that Skyway 125 Energy Inc. a five turbine project near Maxwell and Flesherton Wind Energy also known as Silver Springs Wind Farm with four turbines proposed for east of Lake Eugenia have been terminated by mutual agreement with the OPA.
