This issue of property value impact is still unresolved in rural Ontario. In many cases residents have been forced to pay unadjusted property taxes because MPAC insists that property values have not been impacted.There needs to be a list made of homeowners who have had the resale value of their property reduced because of turbines and associated infrastructure that are too close.
This is absolutely unfair.
